Stannah 260 Sofia fault

I’ve got a strange one at the moment, so anyone have some ideas?
This is a 260 carriage and Sofia seat with one way powered swivel.
For some reason the seat has started to swivel at the bottom when an up call is put in, after many years of working correctly.
It’s a left hand lift and is set correctly and still operates as such in that it has an extra charge point which it stops at via remote in the up direction and passes without stopping in the down direction.
If the lift is manually moved off of the bottom charge point and the seat positioned correctly it will operate, so not the up limit switch or up safety edges at fault which was my first thought. -
Software glitch on power swivel board. Replace board problem should go away, unless u want return visits to keep doing the manufactures reset on the board

Cheers Clive but I think it’s the siena / starla seat with the reset issue. Sofia is the older board, turned out to be a bad connection on the main pcb handing links.
