hi thanks for getting back what happend was that my mums cloths got stuck in the gearbox i pulled the cloths out using the winding key the found that the safety charge pin on the gearbox was stuck in and abit bent i pull safety pin back out then the light came back on but now the lift is not going up or down i tryed using the winding key up and down but still not moving i got new batterys in last week also when i put the winding key back in the relay use to click but now it does not click when putting the winding key in.thanks for getting back to me flarb.
