Minivator Overcurrent!

When my wife tried to come downstairs today the stairlift (Minivator/Handicare 950+) would not operate at all.
The display was flashing .11. (Overcurrent).
Could a fault on the main pcb which I purchased on Ebay as per a previous post on this forum, cause this error?
I switched the main pcb back to the original one that I kept hold of, and the display is now showing the normal charge state icon (-).
This means that I have now lost the power swivel and footplate which was the original fault with the stairlift and replacing the main pcb resolved.
So basically, what I am asking, is what causes a overcurrent fault in a Minivator/Handicare stairlift? -
Usually motor, can be board occasionally.
Reset the board usually will get the lift operational for a short time but will come back if it’s the board

with the powered swivel issues and now overcurrent I’d be questioning your replacement board?
Handicare would throw a new power pack at the lift as it’s the cheaper/easy option for them, a new board will set you back £400/500! depending on where you get it from?
which board is it on your lift?
